After the rice cake pizza, I thought a good dessert would be chocolate banana slices.
While slicing the bananas I learned you can actually cut THROUGH the peel. I never knew that before. Makes slicing a lot easier!
Cupcake paper and toothpicks do wonders to making them look impressive.
Now I just pour in the chocolate and add some leftover Easter sprinkles I got on clearance.
Arrange them in a pretty circle and they're ready for serving!
