Queso and Eggs

Continuing with the spring cleaning theme, I've got a jar of queso I was going to have when company came over. But SOMEBODY's trips here kept getting cancelled, so I never got to use it. It's breakfast time and I want a queso omelette! Out with the shortening!
I want a giant fluffy omlette so I'm using three eggs.

To make it fluffy and not burnt I'm going to add milk.

Erm, maybe I added too much milk. After beating the eggs this looks rather thin.

I have some old baking powder and I can't resist the temptation to see what it will do to my eggs.
TIME TO FRY!!!!!

It's taking a little longer than I thought for this to go solid. Too much milk I suppose. I can't flip it over so I have to hope the bottom isn't burning.
Now it looks decently solid so I can add the queso.

Hmm, underneath it's brown but not really burnt. That's good. But it all fell apart when I tried to flip it! I guess this will be scrambled eggs instead of an omlette.
Since it's scrambled eggs though, it gives me the chance to use these tortilla shells before they grow mold.
On second thought, I think the eggs will do just fine on a plate. I can have some fun with these shells and turn them into a breakfast-dessert.

That's honey and marmalade for the top right one and honey and grape jelly for the bottom left one.

Now, my breakfast could use some fruit, and I have some pears to use.

Lastly, I need a drink and I don't feel like coffee. I have some kiwis! Let's see what I can do with these!

You know, I don't have much experience cutting kiwis. Unlike oranges you have to get all the skin off because they're all hairy. Hmm...

I think cutting the ends off cross-wise and then slicing off pieces of the skin is the way to go. Cutting them in half lengthwise isn't good.

I'm like a jeweler cutting big shiny green gems. Now to make a slush!
Yummy-looking!

It's sort of like my dragon fruit except green instead of white.
Now to make this meal.

It was AWESOME! The eggs were soooo good except a little cool from the time spent making everything else. I'd definitely make this for company.
