Pineapple Cappuccino

After the foul banana mixture it's time for something a little more edible. First, the banana mixture was too gloppy, so I'm going to start with crushed ice.

Now, I still don't have any good mixers, so I improvise by opening a can of pineapple and straining it.
Pineapple juice! Now, pineapple juice alone would be too normal so I'm dropping in powdered cappuccino.
Let's keep it simple and mix with only that.


I almost don't want to add in any alcohol but this is preparation for my future bartending career. I'm picking vodka for this one.
And last, I mix it up. There were quite a few lumps of powdered cappuccino to get out.
And we have...
...a really tasty beverage! This one is going on my "recipes that I can make for other people because they will actually consume it" menu.
