This week's theme is jalapenos and olives, two of my favorite additions to a meal. And I'm going to see just what I can do with them.
It's breakfast time, so we're going to start with eggs.
I also like pepper. I haven't heard that it will make me fat or give me high blood pressure or anything. Yet. So I add it liberally.
And then I'm going to see what cheese looks like blended.
It's going to be scrambled eggs, so I'm adding soy milk.
Now it's mixed and ready for blending.
It looks like froth. Maybe I mixed it a little too well.
Or maybe this thing is going to turn into an egg pancake.
Whee, steamy.
And when the smoke clears we have this weird speckled meat where the eggs used to be.
I'm not sure it will taste too good so I'm adding a few slices of bacon to make it juicier.
Oops. Overdid the bacon a little.
Yeah, it was dry. REAL dry. The bacon was good but the eggs were like some form of dry ham.
